You may not be aware of this however here at Dearborn Market we maintain our traditional Italian Heritage by actually hanging, aging and cutting our own Grande Super Sharpe Provolone Cheese and Auricchio Brand Provolone cheese. These cheeses are aged to perfection; hand cut and put out fresh daily. You won't find a fresher prepared cheese.

Our Dearborn Brand Balsamic Tomato Basil dressing is perfect for marinating chicken, pork or even turkey! Simply place your meat in a container large enough that will allow it to be covered with the marinade. Pour in your marinade making sure that all sides of the meat are covered. Place it in your refrigerator covered with some plastic wrap for at least 8 to 10 hours to allow the unique flavors to be absorbed by the meat. You're now ready to bake, pan fry or grill!

You'll find it excellent for grilling ribs or chicken and corn on the cob. Marinate pork chops or London broils or even add it to bean soups and Manhattan chowders to enliven the flavor.
